Finally success! We purchased a disk of songs from a shop here in Toronto which displayed titles and track numbers on the screen, (terrific value, 650 songs for for $30. $CA) but when I checked the disk file names on our computer I found only song titles, and realized that the track number was provi...

USB song title display

Can players using USB pen drives display song titles instead of the track info, and if that is true, how do I perform this process? I'm using an RSQ NEO-22 for playback.

Hi, I've just purchased the RSQ NEO 22 (Nov. 2014) and ripped my first GD+G to a USB stick. So far okay, however I'd like to use actual song titles on the screen in the 'Song List'. I tried to input song title using remote but nothing seemed to stay!, and when I tried to recall info, the original tr...

We have just rebuilt an older laptop, HP pavilion and put Win 7 Pro on it. It has the requisite audio and video out, and usb for the external hard drive. Will usb 2.0 have sufficient bandwidth for karaoke playback?, or should we go with a wifi external HD?

Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks to you all for your kind suggestions. I'm sorry for the delay in replying, been away for a few days. I'll try these suggestions and get back to this forum with results. If I have an opportunity to visit one of the shops that sell machines, I'll see what they have and report on that too.

Thanks Rick, We will be using a desktop PC because we do not need the portability, and my PC does not have any video or sound out. Regarding the video DVD discs, we have inherited about 150 of these, and because we are retired, funds for those replacements is limited, if we go the CD+G route. Is the...

Hello, We have an older system with several players, a Sears all in one that plays the text only type discs CD+G I think, a player dedicated to the Video pictures type disc, and an RSQ player that plays all discs but does not list the song list menu for each disc. None of these units have HDMI outpu...
