is Audio2000s Awm6032u still comply with new FCC? is it just the 700 MHZ banned? looking for a pair of wireless UHF mic under 200. will GTD Audio G-622H or GTD Audio G-733H work?

I'm debating whether to get a DXR12 or a DBR12 for home karaoke setup. Does the 2.5" vs 2" voice coil sound any difference for karaoke. Can I get a DBR10 paired with a DBR12? or a DXR8 paired with a DXR12? I like to omit the sub at the moment but will get a DXS12 if needed. I got a MG10XU ...
