If you had a disc player that had a place to hook up a video camera, you could have the blue screen replaced with a video image of your logo. Just aim the camera at the image you want to be seen on the TV. The words would be seen over your image.

Judds, The (Ex. Artist)

Way It Is, The (Ex. Song)

Duets - Medley, Bill & Jennifer Warnes( Ex. DUET)

Every song comes up under duets alphabetically this way.

I have to add the word duet in front of all of them.

The singers stand out of site and you just listen to them. No beauty contest, just singing talent. Karaoke contests are the best way I know to kill your business real fast. I have been accused of rigging the contest. I have seen people want to beat up judges. I have seen people get mad and not come ...

I have many Sound Choice and other discs that are becoming ruined. You can see through the foil. I will backup all of my music to a hard drive. If my hard drive becomes illegal and I have to go out of business the first thing I will do, will be to buy a loaded illegal hard drive for the house. Perso...

Something else...I only list one version of any song. I pick the version that comes as close to the one everyone remembers hearing from the radio. It's the one that 99% of the singers sing along with at home or in the car. So why would I want to list or play one that doesn't even come close, most of...

I sing when it is necessary to change the mood of the crowd. I only sing when it would be my turn to sing. But I will pick a song that will get the crowds mood to be where I want it to be. I sing mainly to keep the non singers entertained. The singers are singing what entertains them. The non singer...

The type of music you play dictates the type of crowd you'll have. I don't want swearing, screaming drunks all night. They can go to my crap competition. Just so happens the last week I had a crowd of 10 older people sitting at one table. Having a great time. Until... A girl sang "You Oug...

First thing you have to realize is that bar owners are idiots that do not know how to make all the money they could be. Karaoke crowds are loyal paying customers, week after week. Usually the game watchers are not that regular and most of the time you are only talking about a handful. As opposed to ...

I edit my song book. I do it as a form of crowd control. I have seen shows that get way out of hand. I do not want or let my crowd to get that way. So all of the major swearing, hip hop/rap, cop killing, mothering, sexual, angry rock songs are gone. Think of the worst songs out there, that you have ...
