You have a younger crowd with plenty of singers and you are playing the music rather loud. Everyone seems to be having a great time with the exception of an older couple that keep complaining that you need to turn the music down. What would you do?

I have used several song book software programs such as Airwer Karaoke Song List Creator, Karaoke Spigot, MusicBook Deluxe, and KJPro. In my opinion the Karaoke Song List Creator is the worst program of them all and KJPro by far the best.
