Got to be honest, I'm not a fan of touchscreen "anything". I appreciate manufacturers want us to go that direction as it means smaller, thinner hardware and less attachment problems but personally, I hate them. Apart from anything else, continuous "prodding" WILL eventually knack...

HI there, I had a look at the HD vids on the site above and I've got to ask; "what's the point"? :roll: As the only real difference is that the lyrics onscreen look smoother, I don't see the need. Lyrics are lyrics, whether they are chunky(ish), as in CGA resolution or smooth as in HD. As ...

The problem is finding a 12" laser disc player to play it or allow you to rip it from the disc. Actually, if you just search eBay for Pioneer Laser Disc, you'll get quite a few hits for players as well. After that, there are plenty of convertors that will happily take the video output and conv...

I found this guy, who lists the track you're after;

Might be worth contacting him to see if he'll do you a rip.

Guys, guys, guys!!! Pretty please pull in the horns a bit. It's hardy going to give the Op "Groovegal" confidence if we're battling among ourselves. If some one wants cheap and cheerful against mega expensive, at the end of the day they'll get the system they deserve. I've said on more tha...

I set up a cheap karaoke system last year solely for family get-togethers. There will be those who sneer at the simplicity-cheapness of my setup but it does exactly what I want. I think it would suit you too. I get good sound quality from this system. The Soundlab mixer is a toy and doesn't even ha...

OK, first up, welcome to the forum. If you haven't heard anything good about Latshaw systems, then you've been talking to the wrong people. I've had nothing but excellent service from them, with prompt replies to any query I've put forward. As for Karma v PCDJ, there is NO comparison. As far as I'm ...

More to the point is where you downloaded your software from? If from Power Karaoke, then there should be absolutely NO problem with virus checkers. If your virus program is flagging it as Malware, then it's your anti virus software that's the issue! Apart from that, your Anti Virus "should&quo...

Hi there, welcome to the madhouse. I've just checked your amp specification and you need to find out exactly what your speakers can handle. If as you say they are 300W RMS, they will be OK with the 1280S IF and ONLY IF they are 8 ohm. The amp is rated at 215W per channel into 8R If they are 4 ohm th...

Thanks for the note. I will try again and see if it was a fluke or if the song order was just transcribed wrong on the disk label Aaaaah! More info. I've found on numerous instances that the labels generated by burning software does NOT match the track order and this was caused by the MP3 Tag infor...

SUCCESS! The only issue I have now is that the tracks did not burn in the order they were listed. Has anyone seen that issue? Assuming you are using Power CD+G Burner, then you can adjust the playing order in the "Add files" window. Like Wiseguy, I've never seen that issue before. Sandy.

I tried burning on a laptop and it wouldn't play. I then downloaded Nero Info Tool which showed that my drive was not CD+G compatible. I tried 2 other computers of mine and neither were they and they are all fairly new. I'm a bit miffed What burning program were you using? I concur with the questio...
