Newbie needs advice, please

My sister's friends have all told her it is possible to download karaoke songs from the web to a CDG. She doesn't "do" computers. I have a pretty beefed-up computer and would like to help her. Can someone give me a good place to start, please? I need a website address that will give detailed info on how to do this or someone who's feeling generous and will answer my foolish questions (grin). It's a little more involved than simply downloading karaoke songs and burning them to a disc. Read the posts in the "Free Karaoke?" section of this forum to get an idea of where the songs are downloaded from. You should also read this web page http://www.karaoke-tutor.com/mp3g2cdg.html to learn the basics of working with the song files.
