Any legal issues with Unify Karaoke digital library?

Just wondering if there would be a problem using their music commercially in the U.S. The song list doesn't mention brands although I know there are some Sunfly tracks.

If the very impressive website is anything to go by, they certainly seem to be internationally biased.

Songs in many different languages and systems up to 1000 room hotels.

It might be simpler to just email them and ask how their licensing works.

O.K., they might just say their songs are fully licensed but at least you could present the email as evidence of good intent, if queried.

I looked at the list of songs for English CDG 4 flashing as new, $99 for 3087 songs and this list is displaying some of the manufacturers instead of artist, There are a lot of Brick 1 songs listed that we know is sound choice. I very much doubt sound choice would authorize these as legal licenced from them.
You can view this list here: http://www.unifykaraoke.com/karaoke-son ... ongs-4.htm

Also in another clip from their songbook shows a lot of chartbuster songs, again Digitracks are very unlikely to approve them.
