RSQ HD-787 DVD Unlock

Hi has anyone been successful in unlocking an RSQ-787 Karaoke player?
We called RSQ and they told us to enter the code 98753 but it didn't do anything. Anyone have any other ideas?

for us non RSQ users, what does "unlocking" mean?

It allows you to change the DVD region code.

I need to do the same thing with my MADBOY player. Tried to play a DVD movie and got the region issue.
