It's not true diversity.

True diversity means 2 receiving channels per microphone. That would mean 4 antennas per receiver for a unit with 2 microphones.

I have made my decision on which mikes I am going to get: The AKG's. I like the fact that their battery life is 30Hrs on a single AA battery plus I have mentioned that I was looking at them at another forum and two other people besides Wiseguy said they were worth getting.

FIRST>>>>make sure you can buy just the replacement transmitter (microphone) if one breaks.

Well bought the mike set, Rack mount kit and 1/4 to male xlr adaptors so I can hook it up to my mixer. The outs on the mike receiver is 1/4 " and the mike inputs on my mixer is XLR.
