usb flash drive capabilities

I already have all my karaoke on a flash drive in MPG+G format. I was wondering if any of these ready to use karaoke units works by just plugging in the flash drive. I use my computer but if I wanted to buy a inexpensive system for a friend and give them a copy of my songs on flash drive, is there anything that would work.

Giving freinds copies of songs is illegal unless you own the copyright as is obtaining songs unless you have paid the royalties on them.
