I think more of the pirates are or were pros because of the purchase of loaded hard drives and using multiple copies of them. I get emails from pros asking where they can buy loaded hard drives. You might be surprised how many of them are not aware that they're illegal. Home users typically ask where's the best place to buy discs or individual downloads.

If home user don't outnumber the pros now they soon will. And the trademark copyright infringement ploy won't work on them.

The difference is the home user isn't doing it commercially for profit.
