I had such a wonderful experience tonight. Some other folks were doing MJ songs, so I decided to do Ben, my all time favorite song of his.

It was the next to last song. Some folks were already heading out the door. Four people who had left came back in when I started singing. It actually turned out to be one of my best "performances" ever. I got a standing O at the end.

Funny thing is ... I've wanted to do that song for years and have tried it at home many times, but end up going incredibly flat; really, really BAD.

It just seemed to flow tonight. Not one note was flat. I guess it worked because I was singing it from the

I've practiced songs and could never get them right. You walk away from it and come back later and it happens.

I sang most of the night and people kept looking around to see who was singing.

UK top 40 singles chart this week.

THIRTEEN Michael Jackson + Jackson 5, including the number one "Man in the Mirror".

If it all keeps going like this, I reckon he'll achieve a record that will never be equalled, again for songs in the top 10.

I wouldn't be surprised if all top 5 spots were his, next Sunday.

You might not have liked his lifestyle but by God the man could sing!!
