I was ambushed going to my van at the end of the night by a nut case a few years ago. He was mad because he couldn't get a date with my girlfriend. He had been bugging her and following her in and out of the bar all night long. She couldn't get away from him. He said he was in love and she reminded him of his dead wife. He almost joined her...
He took an ambulance ride. He figured he would beat me up and win the girl. Perfectly normal thought process.
Point is there are nuts running around lose all over the country. One needs to be situationaly aware of your surroundings at all times. I am constantly checking on what everyone in the bar is doing and how they are acting and re-acting. It's part of the reason for my edited book. It cuts down on the ones that need special attention.
As a side note ....he probably listens to rap and or angry rock music.
