Survey Question Suggestions

Hi all,

I'm putting together an online survey aimed at professional karaoke hosts. This will be a multiple choice answer type survey. What questions (and selectable answers) would you like included?

Number of Songs: < 2000, 2000-5000, 5001-10,000, >10,000
Player Equipment: CDG Player, Computer Based, Mixed
Average weekend Show Price: <$125, $125-199, $200-250, >$250
Number of shows per week: 1-2, 3-5, 6-7
Song List Arrangement: By Artist, By Title, Both

Just a few quick ones I could think of.

Average number of singers per night: 1 - 10/ 10 - 15/ 16 - 20/ 20 - 25/ 25 - 30/ 30 +
does crowd clap or not for every singer
most common genre sang at show: country/ oldies/ rock/ alternative/
how often does host sing: once every round/2 or more a round/never sings/ 3 + songs a round
Does host Sit or stand for entire show
is equipment between the host and addience

some of the questions do not allow for more than one answers such as what brand of wireless mike do you use. I have one Sennheiser and one Samson wireless mike so I could have answered either.
Again when it comes to books, I am close to having the ability, if I chose to, to use a seperate computer for my books which would make my answer both but for the fact it's not ready to be tested yet.
