This letter is excellent you expain in it that we have conclused our buisness relationship

and YOUR company shall hold my money ..the term hold means you do not allow me the option to use what is rightfully

mine from items that were sold with a value and money paid to me not you..

One thing you do not understand is that all my clients sent me a copy of receipt showing they paid for the items to me. there home address phone number and how they feel about the items I sold them.

your company is noting but an accounting firm for the third party..
no more no less..

you are not a bank

you are more like a pawn shop if you want to invent a image.

Your company has droped in revenue over the past 8 to 11 months quite a bit due to the lack of trust that the buyers have with your company.
and the sellers just down right think your company is a band of hooded robbers.

you would be surprized that all my buyers wrote outstanding feedback on the items thus copies were made for any future chargbacks..this would look bad to say one thing and 90 days later say another..do you not agree..
of course you do because you are programed to do that..

so this hold that you place on my money is really by the letter of federal law since you are no bank called theift.
internet theift is one thing your attorney general is intrested in..

funny thing is you have no idea who you are dealing with here.

My DJ service is rather known.. one could say..

and I do fM radio spots in serveral states over 18 days out of the month..

I will make sure to pass this info on to all that listen some 32.000 thosand plus..

I also am listed on 100 plus websites that music artist deal on
music artists are about 30 percent of pay pals sellers

I have posted adds on what you do to your buyers as well as your sellers

Pay pal does not have favorates...no... that is for sure..they screw everyone and anyone they feel they can get away with it..

Scott Thompson must be another example of letting the buisness run themself

he has no real active role ..he pushes paper and does not serve the people that put food on his table...

without us all you people would be working for Burger King

without the buyers and selllers you would have no other jobs..

THIS word Hold is what you say..those are the words you use..

steal is a more accurate word..

what you should say is that we are making preperations to steal your money..

within 180 days we will find a reason..

well you know my letters aand receipts from all my buyers are a strong case against your company..

the fact is that 6 of my buyers are close friends..

One point of note (and I'm not siding with anyone here) but as of 2007, PayPal is officially a bank based in Luxembourg.
